On October 13, 2001...

I married my best friend, my first ever love and the absolute love of my life. I've known Mark since 1989 and had been really good friends with him...after dating for a couple of years, we finally got married. I wasn't nervous at all...not at all. I think I was freakishly calm really during the whole ceremony. I was never a "bridzilla". My thinking was if things didn't go as planned, well then, they just didn't go as planned. However, they went fine...except the extremely strong booze smell from our DJ (we didn't even have alcohol at my wedding, so I guess he brought his own)...oh, and the fact we got locked out of our reception (it was raining)! The food was good, the cake was beautiful. Maybe I'll have Mark scan the photo of the cake so you can see it. Sorry so late in posting. Anyway, happy anniversary Mark! I'll love you until the end of time...and beyond...
