A couple of weekends ago we went to a local annual parade and festival. This was Shayla's first parade, so her Dada held her the whole time so she didn't miss anything. We sat with our neighbors. Here are some photos from that day. I have to admit, the WWI and Vietnam veteran floats really got to me. I guess the patriotism was spread to many people when the crowd cheered and clapped for those hometown heros.

It's funny I can't remember my first parade but I was little I wish they had took pics of it. She is so cute!!!
