Mark here: Who says I can't blog with the best of them? So what if I don't know anything important about the things you want to hear about?? Lisa is giving me pointers as I type this and I must say, it seems like a big hassle. I don't wanna talk about that stuff, I want to talk about me!!! HEY...give me back the laptop...
Lisa here: Yesterday we got to see Jackie Chan's office and home in Hong Kong, it was really cool and expensive. You have to pay to have a personalized license in Hong Kong and he paid $ 1,000,000 US dollars to have JC1 to be his plate number. No-one wants the number 4 in Hong Kong because it represents "death" so it is very cheap. We sat at a dinner table #3, and they told us most people will either skip #4 or call it #3A. We're flying with several people who sat at table #4 yesterday...I hope that doesn't mean anything!!!
The toilets here have a lever that you have to pull up and then push down to flush. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You can usually tell from the smell whether it was successful or not! (That last part was from Mark!)
Hong Kong actually has OX Crossings, just like our deer or duck crossings. We didn't see any.
Mark again: We're pretty sure that a lot of people here are heavy drinkers because you should see how they drive! I'll never curse KY drivers again!!!! Lisa swears there couldn't be "road rage" or everyone would be dead by now! COMPLETE CHAOS!
Okay, time to go. We'll update some more once we're in Nanning. Bye!
