Well, we already started getting the updated paperwork for our adoption. We already have our friend's recommendation letters and letters from our employers AGAIN. I'm paperworked out already!
I have a funny story to share. I sent an e-mail to our good friend Tonya to see if she would print out her recommendation letter again with a current date and signature. She and her husband Mark have the most sweet and beautiful daughters. Mark and I absolutely adore them...and they are quite fond of us too thankfully! I always said when we had children, I would love for them to be like Natalie or Sydney. Anyway Tonya told me this... see below.
Sydney asked me the other night if we could go to China and get a baby (I think they think that's where babies come from!) I told her that I didn't really want anymore babies, but that when she got older that she could probably get one of her own. She got real upset and said, "but I need you to go because I don't know how to get there!" So you'll have to be sure and give her directions to China when you all get back. ha ha
