Today is the 1 year anniversary of our log-in-date (or LID). Our LID is 11/21/05. When we first started this process in May 2005, it was only taking about 6 months from LID to referral. Now it's taking 14-15 months. That sucks! I'm trying to "learn" patience and hang in there, but it still sucks! This is the e-mail notification we got from our agency (CCAI) last year when we found out what our official LID was.

I wish it was a happier anniversary but hopefully things will start to speed up soon and soon enough hopefully Shayla will be home with you.
